王先成，，1995年湘雅医学院 医学硕士，2006年毕业于中国协和医科大学，获医学博士学位。目前担任中南大学湘雅二医院烧伤整形美容外科主任，达拉斯西南医学中心、威斯康辛大学、纽约大学，匹兹堡大学，哥伦比亚大学及香港中文大学访问学者，《Aesthetic Plastic Surgery》，《Journal of Plastic，Reconstructive，and Aesthetic Surgery》特邀审稿人 先后发表论文近30篇，其中在《Annal of Plastic Surgery》, 《Burns》, 《Aesthetic Plastic Surgery》,《Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery》及《Journal of Plastic，Reconstructive，and Aesthetic Surgery》发表论文9篇。
